here is a captivating energy and spirit at Teurlings Catholic High School in Lafayette, Louisiana. The coeducational secondary school is located in the north region of the city which has a population of 110,500. Teurlings Catholic, one of only two parochial high schools in the city, has a student enrollment of 675 in grades nine through twelve. For over half of a century, a dedicated, close-knit community of faculty, parents, alumni, trustees, and staff has united to provide the finest college-preparatory education for our students with both a superior education and an appreciation for the values of the Catholic Christian heritage in which they were born. COMING TO A BROWSER NEAR YOU! - A totally redesigned website for Teurlings Catholic High School. www.tchs.net will receive a much needed updated look. But the main objective of the redesign is to make navigation easier. When your current webmaster took over the TCH website in 2002, the site consisted of around 30 pages. The site has grown and at last count consisted of 437 distinct pages! More information is added all the time, which has made the simple navigation bars on the left and bottom of each page obsolete. The redesign is happening in the background while this site continues to function. In the upcoming months, when the new site is unveiled, some pages won't be up and running immediately. But everything will make it back on the site, so we ask for your patience during this transition. In the mean time, if information you need is not available on our site, please see our helpful guide called: "To Find Your Way". Click the link to go to our online guide containing contact information for every department at TCH, that should provide you with any information you need, such as, tardy and absentee info, athletics, discipline, parking stickers, and uniforms, to name several. Teurlings Catholic High School is participating in the federally-funded Title I program this year. The program provides funding for programs for low income students. Our Title I page outlines the procedures for filing complaints and grievances under Title I.

GET YOUR PICTURES IN THE YEARBOOK! The Yearbook Staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the 2010 TCH Yearbook. Click here for more information and instructions on how to share your photos.

Simply go to www.renweb.com , click on Parents Web Login on the left side of the webpage and follow the onscreen instructions. The school ID is TCHS-LA. School will begin at 9:00am on Monday. All faculty and staff members need to be on campus for 8:30am.
Everyone listen carefully……..If the Saints win the Super Bowl this Sunday all female students as well as female faculty/staff members will have 1 free dress day on Monday (no sweats or hooded sweatshirts). If the Colts win the Super Bowl on Sunday all male students as well as male faculty/staff members will have 2 free dress days on Monday and Tuesday (no sweats or hooded sweatshirts).
3rd Quarter Progress Report grades will be posted in RenWeb at 10:00am until the end of the day today. These are the grades which will be used to determine a student’s eligibility to leave class for athletic/academic events until 3rd Quarter Report Cards are issued.
All Student Council members need to see Mrs. Blazek in room 35 before leaving campus today.
Adoration is taking place today in the Chapel until 2:00pm. You may stop in the Chapel anytime today to pray in front of The Blessed Sacrament.
Everyone is invited to attend our school play “Into the Woods” at the UL Student Union Ballroom tonight and tomorrow night at 7:00pm and Sunday at 2:00pm. Please invite your family and friends to see our play and enjoy our many talented students.
