Tuition & Finance Information

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
During completion of the online enrollment packet, all families will be required to sign up for the FACTS Payment Plan, regardless of your plans to pay in full or finance tuition.
 
NOTE: You will be required to enter banking information (checking/savings/credit card) which will be stored for tuition and incidental billing charges. You can log into FACTS at any time and update the banking information if you wish to change the account on file.
 
The $450 family registration fee must be paid during the online enrollment process.
 
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
  • Pay in Full - The ENTIRE TUITION balance will be paid no later than June 16, 2025. (Note: If this option is selected, payment in full will be drafted from your account).
  • Monthly Payments – 10 equal payments beginning July 2025 and ending April 2026 (either the 5th or the 20th of the month). Payments will include both principal and interest. A finance charge of 10% will apply to any balances not paid by June 16, 2025. 
    • Note: Select this option if you would like to make a lump sum payment prior to June 16, 2025, to reduce your monthly note.
  • Semi-Monthly Payments - 20 equal payments beginning Juy 2025 and ending April 2026 (either the 5th or the 20th of the month). Payments will include both principal and interest. A finance charge of 10% will apply to any balances not paid by June 16, 2025.
    • Note: Select this option if you would like to make a lump sum payment prior to June 16, 2025, to reduce your monthly note.

REFUND POLICY
Tuition is refunded on a quarterly basis; all other fees are non-refundable.

 

DELINQUENCY POLICY
A late fee will be assessed once the account is 10 days past due; students with accounts 60 days or more past due will not be allowed to participate in extracurricular activities; students with accounts 90 days past due will result in dismissal from Teurlings Catholic. All accounts must be current in order for a student to take midterm or final examinations.
