- Pastoral Report (for Catholic applicants only)
- Report Card from current grade (most recent - 1st semester) (if applying after the 3rd quarter, submit mid-term report card)
- 10th, 11th and 12th grade applicants should upload a complete transcript from their previous/current school
- Most recent Standardized Test Scores
Discipline Reports (2-year time frame) will be requested by the TCHS Admissions Office from the students school.
*In the application, there will be a release of records for the parent/guardian to sign.
