Softball Camp 2013

Delahoussaye's Back to Basics softball camp will be held June 10-13, 2013, Monday-Thursday, 8am-noon.


Registration will begin at 7:30 Monday, June 10, 2013. The cost is $75 per child.

Attending one of our instructional camps is a great way for your son to learn and develop sound fundamentals that will help him to succeed on the diamond, but more importantly in the game of life.    


The Building Champions Baseball camp will form a lasting memory in your son’s heart and mind.  16 of 18 players on our current varsity roster attended our camp prior to high school!


Our camps provide the best instruction, covering all phases of the game in a fun but competitive environment, while teaching Christian virtues.

5th-8th Grades

Parents, have you ever sat in the stands and wondered why a coach puts a certain line up together, uses certain terminology or why your daughter has trouble with certain aspects of their game. Well this camp was designed for both the player AND the parent. 
Parents will be partnered with their daughter and will go through an abbreviated version of our RVA Clinic. (Parents will have to do the same skills and drills so please dress appropriately.) 

  • Individual Skill Development (Passing, Setting, Hitting, Serving)
  • Team Development and Court Knowledge (Base Defense, Serve Receive, Offensive and Defensive Systems, Rotations and Substitutions.)
  • Formation of Teams and Mini-Round Robin Tournament.


8th-11th Grades

This Camp is designed for those players that may be looking to continue practicing and playing after their club season or for those that are wanting to get back on the court.  Each night will begin with a particular skills review and associated drills.  Teams will be formed based on skill level and “Mini-Round Robin Matches” will be played at the end of each session.

2014 RVA Summer Camp Series

The Rebel Volleyball Academy was designed with the intention of teaching fundamental volleyball skills at an early age.  The camp is open to players entering 5th-8th grades in 2014.  The techniques taught are the same techniques that are employed by the Lady Rebel Volleyball Teams and are a great foundation for volleyball players at any level.

2013 Ragin' Cajun Sports Science Camp

Ages: For students entering 3rd - 8th grade.


What:  The Science and Sports Camp will provide a unique summer experience by combining fun, age appropriate science activities in the morning with Sports in the afternoon. The Science portion be being taught by Teurlings High School Science Teacher Lauren Schomaker. Afternoon events will include soccer, swimming, and a focus on tennis with the UL Head Men's Tennis Coach Mark Jeffrey. For Students entering grades 3rd-8th. Campers will need to bring a small bag with Towel, Swimming Attire, Sunscreen and hat enclosed.


Where: All drop off and pickups will be at the Ragin' Cajun Tennis courts.

- AM camp drop off is 7:30AM and pickup is 11:30AM for AM Camp at the Ragin’ Cajun Tennis courts. 
- PM camp drop off is at 12:00PM(noon) and pickup at 4:00PM at the Ragin’ Cajun Tennis courts.
- All Day Camp will run from 8:00AM-4:00PM with drop off in the at 7:30AM and pickup at 4:00pm at the Ragin’ Cajun Tennis courts.


Lunch:  Campers can bring their own lunch or order lunch in the morning.  Lunch will be ordered when they arrive at 7:30AM.  Lunch will be $7.00 and ready for the campers at 11:30AM.  Payment must be received to order.

Half Day and Full Day Costs and Info:  Full Day Camp $189.00, Half Day Camp $150.00.  Half Day can be AM or PM.


A $50 nonrefundable cancelation fee is included in each of the registration fees.  The last day for any refunds without a physician's excuse is the Wednesday before each camp starts. 


What to bring each day: tennis racket, tennis shoes, swimming attire, towel and a change of clothes to put on after swimming.  Lunch if you're not purchasing at camp.
